I've been buying shopping bags from this company for five years now, and overall, they've been pretty solid! However, my latest order had a bit of a hiccup—the grey in my logo turned out almost as light as the white, which made it hard to see the difference. They explained it was due to a change on their end. To their credit, they were quick to reprint them and didn’t charge me for the adjustment to a darker grey. But they mentioned that moving forward, I'd have to fork out $100 each time I wanted it matched. That kinda leaves a sour taste... they really ought to just match it without extra fees—adding a logo already costs a pretty penny!
